👩🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Oven
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease and line a 20–22 cm (8–9 inch) cake pan.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, sift together:

Add both sugars and mix well.
3️⃣ Add Wet Ingredients
Add:

Oil

Vanilla
Mix until smooth.
4️⃣ Add Hot Liquid
Slowly pour in the hot water or coffee while mixing.
⚠️ The batter will be thin — this is normal and makes the cake extra moist!
5️⃣ Bake
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 35–45 minutes.
Insert a toothpick — if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
Let cool completely before frosting.
